You may return eligible items within 180 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item meets our return conditions.
The 180-day period begins on the date the order is delivered to you or your designated recipient.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging (including all tags, manuals, accessories, and any collectible packaging).
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, including but not limited to:
Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., customized loot boxes)
Opened consumable items (e.g., food, cosmetics, or other perishables)
Digital downloads or software with broken seals
Hazardous materials
Gift cards

3. Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at cs@lootboxco.com or through our return portal at www.lootboxco.com/returns within 180 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include the RMA number in the package.
Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided with your RMA. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as The Loot Box Company is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 5-7 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
If the item was purchased with a discount or promotion, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error by The Loot Box Company (e.g., wrong item shipped).
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
A defective or damaged item
An incorrect item shipped
An error by The Loot Box Company
In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different loot box or item), please indicate your preference when requesting an RMA. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the replacement item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or charge the additional amount to the original payment method.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (e.g., a loot box with the wrong contents), please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. We may request photos or additional details to process your return.
We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns due to damage, defects, or errors and cover all associated costs.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For clarity, non-returnable items (listed above) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please contact us immediately if you believe a non-returnable item qualifies for a return.
9. International Returns
For international orders, the same 180-day return policy applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or fees, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
